How much will my delivery cost?
We offer free delivery on all orders over £150 delivering to mainland UK destinations.
All orders under £150 are delivered at £4.95 per consignment.
We will happily offer delivery outside of these areas. Please contact us for details.
Can you deliver on a Saturday or before 10 am?
We can arrange for special deliveries to arrive before 10 am – please contact us for prices and details.
We can also arrange for delivery on a Saturday at £25 per consignment.
Will my delivery require a signature?
Yes. Delivery is via parcel despatch company and will require your signature.
When will my order be delivered?
Deliveries are normally made between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.
We are unable to specify an exact time when your delivery will arrive. We can also arrange to send your goods to your home or place of work.
Please tell us when placing your order and also provide a telephone number so we can call you.
Can you deliver to my workplace?
Yes. We can arrange to send your goods to your home address or place of work if this is more convenient. Please tell us when placing your order and also provide a telephone number so we can call you.
Can you send part orders?
When requested we can send a part order ahead; however, a separate carriage charge will apply.
We try to consolidate all parts of your order into one delivery. If this is not possible due to a delay on a certain item, we will call you to discuss delivery.
How long will my order take?
If all the items you have ordered are in stock and we receive your order before 12 pm, your goods will be dispatched the same day.
If your order is in stock and received before 12 pm, your order will normally be dispatched the same day.
Orders received after 12 pm will be dispatched within 24 hours.
Occasionally some of our products come from specialist suppliers. In this case, please allow up to 3-4 weeks to dispatch.
Very occasionally, products are discontinued or delayed by suppliers at short notice. Should this happen to your order, we will call you to discuss your options.
My order is urgent – can you help?
If your order is urgent, please let us know. We will do our best to dispatch it sooner, subject to additional delivery costs. We will tell you how much these additional charges are before we dispatch your order.
Terms and conditions of delivery
Delivery charges may be applicable and can be obtained from us.
Once goods are ready for delivery, we shall be entitled to invoice and be paid for the Goods as if they have been delivered.
Although we will make every effort to deliver on the delivery date, time for the delivery shall not be of the essence and we shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from the delay or non-delivery.
Although we will deliver illuminated mirrors and cabinets, due to high breakage levels in transit, we strongly recommend that customers collect them from our showroom, to avoid inconvenience.
