Q. I cannot see what I'm looking for on your website but know roughly what I want. Can you help?
A. Yes, we actually stock over 1,500 different lights at our showroom in Exeter. We choose not to showcase every product on our website; however our sales staff can e-mail you an image and price of your specific requirement.
Q. I like the look of a light on your website but would like to see it first.
A. No problem. We have a substantial showroom dedicated to showing fabulous lighting. Our showroom is roughly twice the size of the average house so with this much space we are very likely to have the light which best suits you, including the one you have seen on the internet.
Q. I have seen a light in a magazine article and am trying to find it. Nobody seems able or willing to help me!
A. We love a challenge! With over 25 years in the lighting business there isn't much we have not seen. You can e-mail us an image or simply post a picture. If we really cannot help we will call you and tell you personally. If you don't ask...
Q. I\'ve seen a light I like but it is not low energy and I want to be green! Can you help?
A. We'd love to help; however, although many fittings are available with a low energy conversion (or will accept a low energy lamp) the range can be limited. The good news is that even if we cannot source your light in low energy we can help find a similar alternative which is. Just call our helpful sales staff.
Q. We have low ceilings and some of your lights are too big. What options do we have?
A. Many pendant lights can be shortened, either by removing some chain or selecting a shorter drop rod. Some pendant fittings are made in special ‘flush’ versions which are available to order. The web image might not make this clear so please ask our sales advisers about these.
Q. If I place an order how long will it take for my lights to be delivered?
A. Delivery times can vary. We try to obtain and process special orders as quickly as possible. This is usually between 7-14 days. In some cases the manufacturer we buy from may be out of production on a particular item. The lead times can therefore be increased and are beyond our control. We would always let you know if we were to experience an unforeseen delay.
Q. We are building a house and need lots of lights. Where do we begin?
A. We offer a full lighting design service for customer’s in this position. You can make an appointment with one of our lighting designers who will initially spend time looking at you plans and discussing your ideas. A full schedule can be drawn up to make the process easier. We do make a charge for this service. Further details can be obtained by contacting our office.
