Q We have low ceilings and most of these lights are too deep. What options de we have ?

A Many pendant lights can be shortened, either by removing some chain or selecting a shorter drop rod. Some pendant fittings are made in special ‘flush’ versions which are available to order. Please ask about these.

Q Can I have different shades to the ones shown on the light I have selected ?

A Yes. The majority of centre lights and table lamps we stock have interchangeable shades. We will be happy to accommodate your needs by trying different options. Some fittings are only available with the shade supplied.

Q Does the price of the light include the shade ?

A Fittings displayed with glass shades are included in the price shown, however most fittings with fabric shades are priced separately.

Q Do you have wall lights to match all the centre pendants ?

A Yes. In most cases the corresponding wall lights are available even though we may not have them in stock. Please ask and we will check their availability.

Q I need a picture light but am unsure which size to buy ?

A As a general rule a picture light will illuminate a canvas roughly double it’s own width.

Q I like the style of this light fitting but it is much too small for my room. Are other sizes available ?

A In most cases light fittings come in families. These would usually include pendants in 3 arm 5 arm and 8 arm derivatives, sometimes larger. We may not have all these in stock but we can easily check their availability.

Q How long will it take for my lights to come in ?

A Delivery times can vary considerably. We try to obtain customers fittings as quickly as possible. This is usually between 7 - 14 days. In some cases the manufacturer we buy from may be out of production on a particular item. The lead times can therefore be increased and are beyond our control.
