Amos Lighting +Home is a family business, our values all stem from this as we aim to offer excellent service backed up with expert knowledge.

The inspiration for the business began in 1982, when David Amos joined his family lighting business in Bristol as Chief Floor-Sweeper and General Gofer!  With determination and hard work, quick promotion followed, to Salesperson, to Manager and then, ten years later to opening a branch of the family business in Exeter.  In 2000 David took the brave step to set up entirely on his own; under Amos Lighting + Home, the business has grown to be a successful and well-respected company offering bespoke lighting solutions and a selected range of home furnishing.

Lighting is one of the least understood aspects of interior design, but, one which can have a transformational effect and create the finishing touch that every interior space demands.  The unique quality of Amos Lighting + Home is that, often, people don’t realise the value we can add.

After 18 years David is still leading the way with an experience and knowledgeable team at his side, with combined lighting experience of over a hundred years, the team are able to help create a space unique to you.
