Sales and Operations Manager
Amos Lighting is looking to recruit a sales and operations manager to take ownership of our day to day operation. This is a new and exciting opportunity to join our great team. As an established business of 20 years we have built a reputation as one of the South West’s premier lighting specialists. We need an energetic individual with a proven retail and managerial track record and positive ‘can do’ mindset.
Key Responsibilities include:
Managing, motivating and developing sales consultants across the 2 Exeter-based stores.
Managing the lighting design team, its activity, creative output and sales.
Developing the team, ensuring the highest standards of sales support and customer service are maintained at all times.
Skills and Desired Attributes:
Previous sales operations management experience –preferably in a retail supply business.
Ability to communicate at all levels with customers, suppliers and colleagues and actively develop strong working relationships.
Flexible approach and a willingness to work additional hours when required to meet deadlines.
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
The position is full time and will include some weekends.
